By submitting your music to us, therefore, giving us permission to play it on our station and promote you and your music on our website, our Twitter page, and our SoundCloud page, we CANNOT guarantee the following:

• Your music being heard by major recording labels.

• Your music being heard by famous or signed artists, producers, promoters, performers, composers, etc.

• You getting signed by a recording label.

• You gaining great or any wealth.

• Due to a high volume of submissions, we cannot always guarantee that your song spins the amount of times listed on the spin package that your purchased.  However, your song will always spin around that number.

• Increasing your music sales on platforms such as iTunes, Amazon Music, Google Play, eMusic, Napster, etc.

• Increasing your number of stream listens on platforms such as Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, Play Music, Pandora, Slacker Radio, Sirius XM, Google Play, iHeartRadio, etc.

• Gaining a bunch of views, friends, followers, shares, likes retweets, etc. on social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, YouTube, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.

Although we do not guarantee all those points listed above, we will (to the best of our ability) put you in the best possible positions for success.  You, yourself, have to put massive amounts of hard work and effort in to be great & successful!  That, not only goes for the musical aspect, but for the promotional side of your career, as well.

For those artists who do have their music for sale online (such as on iTunes, Amazon Music, etc.) and also provide us with a YouTube or SoundCloud link for us to list along with their details on our website, we cannot guarantee that their music won't be downloaded illegally from YouTube to MP3 or Soundcloud third party downloading/ripping websites.  We take no responsibility if that happens.  From 2004 to 2009, over 30 billion songs were downloaded illegally.
